I've eaten here just a few times. The broth that they use is not that flavorful and yummy. It tastes like it is just seasoned from flavoring packets. They should need to take the time to boil and simmer beef bones and meat to have a flavorful broth to be used for noodle soups. I only come here maybe 3 or 4 years later to check if they have improved on their phos.
